The demo images of the angelic statue did work well, so I know that the software does work. I couldn't send them because the set would have been over 25 MB. The original images were 4000 x 3000 in size. I want to succeed at making ANY sort of progress before spending a large amount of money. I am using the free version but will try to make the most of the 50 image limit. Thank you very much! I will try your advice. Please try to take sharper, in focus pictures: we'll gladly have a look togheter until your photos looks good :)

For an object of that size, 50-80 pictures should suffice. You should ideally have at least 3 pictures for each point you want to reconstruct. However, if the images are very blurred, that is not going to help anwyaysĪlso, try to take more pictures. if your subject is of a uniform material, you can help zephyr in the first phase for example by placing a newspaper under the object. You should use a tripod and longer exposure so that more light can enter. You should use an iso speed between 100 and 400 (tops!) for optimal results. You shot those images with ISO-640, that is going to bring in a lot of noise.

It's usually a good idea to start taking pictures outside on a cloudy day, while you learn how to take good pictures. Avoid direct lights and use a tripod (otherwise your images will be very blurred and you'll have reflections from the light, and different lightings in your images). shooting indoors is hard, as you have to control the lighting. You can download some datasets from our tutorial section so you can see how your photos should look like If the images are out of focus, zephyr can't reconstruct them.

Zephyr needs that the subject is clearly visible, as zephyr tries to understand where the pixel (x,y) in photo1 is placed in photo2, photo3 and so on. the biggest problem however, is that the images are blurred.
